If you’ve been feeling more anxious, irritable, low, or just not quite like yourself—this workshop is for you.

The transition through perimenopause and menopause is one of the most significant physiological shifts a woman will experience—and yet the mental and emotional symptoms are often the most confusing and least talked about.
In a recent survey of our community, 80% of women asked for more support around the mental health impacts through peri/menopause.
This 90-minute in-person workshop was created to meet that need. Led by Dr. Tina Sestan, ND, it’s designed to help you understand what’s happening in your brain and body—and what you can do to support yourself, naturally and effectively.
We Will Cover:
• The impact of hormonal changes on mood, memory, and mental clarity
• How diet and targeted supplements can support emotional well-being
• A look at alternative therapies: psychotherapy, acupuncture, Reiki, energy work, and expressive arts
• Lifestyle tools that help: movement, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation
• Understanding when pharmaceutical treatment might be a helpful part of care
• Which lab tests can reveal what’s happening beneath the surface
This Workshop Is For You If:
You’re in perimenopause or menopause and are noticing changes in how you feel, but you’re not sure what’s normal, or what to do about it.
Whether your symptoms are subtle or disruptive, this session will help you make sense of the mental and emotional changes that can arise—and offer you a practical, integrative approach to care.
