  • Gloria has been helping women with their metabolism for over 20 years as a coach. As a personal trainer and yoga instructor, she has worked alongside women struggling with motivation, resources and other challenges. Gloria loves using positivity to create an empowered mindset and follow through toward a healthy lifestyle.

    After doing the Metabolism Makeover program herself in 2018, it was a natural transition for Gloria to make this the focus of her career and help other women with metabolic issues to experience the amazing transformation she had experienced.

  • • Functional Medicine Health Coaching: Gloria attended the Functional Medicine Health Coaching program and has worked alongside Dr. K, coaching women to experience their best health and best version of themselves. She has helped over 800 women and looks forward to using her experience, passion, and knowledge to help many more.

    • HeartMath Certification: used to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and self-regulation.

    • CanFitPro Certified Personal Training Specialist (PTS)

    • CanFitPro Certified Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS)

    • Yoga and Meditation: Gloria leads meditation programs and teaches yoga for fun. She holds a YogaFit 200+ YTT certification.
