  • Roberta has been drawn to a holistic approach to healing for many years. Her own health journey first brought her to Functional Medicine Uptown as a patient, where the support of a collaborative care team deeply impacted her experience. Inspired by the community of providers at FMU, she chose to pursue health coaching as a profession.

    Roberta is now dedicated to helping others create lasting lifestyle change and feels honoured to pay forward the support that shaped her own journey.

    • Breathwork & Meditation
    • Gut Health & the Immune System

    She blends root-cause insight with practical coaching to support long-term lifestyle transformation.

  • Roberta is currently studying at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and working toward her certification as a Functional Medicine Health Coach. She is expected to graduate in August 2025.
