  • Tina Sestan is a functional and integrative health practitioner with a special interest in menopause and perimenopause, gut health, and sports medicine.

    Known for her intuitive approach and clinical depth, Tina brings a unique blend of science and sensitivity to those she supports. Her connection with people is strong and genuine, and she is often described as a modern-day seer and traditional healer.

    She is passionate about helping individuals better understand their bodies and giving them tools to support their own healing. Her work has been defined by empathy, care, and a deep belief in addressing root causes to create meaningful change.

    A native of the Kitchener/Waterloo area, she’s spent most of her life as a competitive swimmer, currently in NCAA Division One. This experience has instilled in her values of discipline, hard work, and balance. In addition to swimming, she is an avid runner, having completed ten half Ironman races and two full Ironman competitions.

  • Tina completed her training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2010. Initially drawn to allopathic medicine, she found her passion in naturopathic approaches that focus on understanding and addressing the root causes of illness.
