Dr. Leizl is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario with a clinical focus on menstrual health and fertility. She helps women understand their menstrual cycles, and feel supported through every stage of their fertility journey–from trying to conceive to the fourth trimester. Her approach combines evidence-informed care with holistic strategies to get to the root causes of your hormonal concerns and support the body’s natural rhythm. 

Roberta Hayes, FMHC

Roberta is a Functional Medicine Health Coach. Her focus is on the impact nutrition, movement, stress, sleep and social connections have on overall health. As well as how mindset makes a difference in behaviour change. Through tailored resources and compassionate support, she empowers people to make lasting lifestyle modifications and achieve their health goals.
