Karma Class Yoga
Join us in FMU’s Community Space for an all-levels yoga practice. Guided by Christine Polak, this pay-what-you-can class teaches the essentials of yoga to support functional movement, reduce stress, and improve focus. Proceeds support OneRoof Youth Services, helping provide shelter, meals, and programs for youth in the Waterloo Region.

Not at all. Our community space is open to everyone and you don’t need to be a patient to participate.

Parking options vary depending on the date and time of your class:
Monday to Friday: Partial access to the FMU parking lot + street or Uptown city lot parking.
Wednesday & Thursday evenings: Pierce Family Vision spots are available after 7 pm. All other spots open after 6 pm.
Weekends: Full access to the FMU parking lot.

Here’s what to expect when you join us:
Entrance: Head straight downstairs when you arrive to avoid congestion in the breezeway.
Footwear: Outdoor shoes aren’t permitted in the community space. Please remove them at the bottom of the stairs and use the shoe rack. (Indoor slip-on sandals are available if you need them.)
Washrooms: Washrooms are located on the lower level, adjacent to the community space.

All class registration sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after purchasing, please contact us at community@fmuptown.com to transfer your registration to a friend who can attend in your place.
