Dr. Daniel Pardo is a chiropractor with a hands-on approach and a focus on how the body moves. He works closely with patients one on one, taking the time to understand each person's history, movement patterns, and goals before building care around them.
His treatments may include chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations, neurofunctional acupuncture, soft-tissue therapy, and individualized exercise and rehabilitation recommendations. The combination depends on the person in front of him and what their body needs.
While Dr. Pardo works with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, he holds a particular interest in spinal health. He commonly sees patients for:
Headaches
Neck pain and postural strain
Lower-back pain
Disc-related conditions
Sciatica
Sacroiliac joint dysfunction
Shoulder conditions
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) concerns
Other muscle and joint injuries
His goal is straightforward: to help each patient understand what is happening in their body, move with greater confidence, and receive care shaped around their individual needs and lifestyle.

A headache that keeps a schedule is rarely random. Dr. Benjamin Snider, ND on why the 2pm headache and the Saturday migraine often trace back to light, your body clock, and mitochondrial stress, and how to address the root cause. Conventional workups rarely ask when a headache hits or how it builds across a week, yet that timing is often the fastest route to what's actually driving it. This article walks through the sequencing framework he uses when standard care hasn't worked.

Waking up tired, stiff, or inflamed? It may not be adrenal fatigue. A flattened cortisol rhythm, often driven by dim days and bright nights, can disrupt sleep, increase inflammatory signaling, and impair metabolic function. This article explores how light timing shapes hormone balance and what you can do to restore a healthier rhythm.
Body weight alone tells us very little about how the body is functioning. This article explores how InBody body composition scans provide insight into muscle mass, cellular health, metabolism, and mitochondrial function, and how they are used in clinic as part of your care.
Most gut issues don’t start in the gut. They start when your body’s natural rhythms fall out of sync with light, sleep, and daily routine. In this article, Dr. Ben Snider, ND, shares how circadian rhythm, mitochondrial health, and simple lifestyle shifts can restore digestion, mood, and energy… without chasing another supplement.

Millions take vitamin D supplements daily — yet rates of fatigue, mood disorders, and immune dysfunction continue to rise. Why? Because vitamin D isn’t just a nutrient — it’s a light signal. In this post, Dr. Ben Snider, ND, explores why sunlight still outperforms supplements, how your skin was designed to manufacture vitamin D through light, and what your body truly needs to thrive.
Waking up tired, relying on caffeine, and crashing by evening? It might not just be stress—it could be a sign your cells are running on empty. IV Nutrient Therapy offers a fast, effective way to restore your cellular charge by delivering essential vitamins and minerals directly into your bloodstream. In this blog, we explore why energy isn’t just about what you eat or how much you sleep—it’s about how well your mitochondria function, how hydrated your cells are, and how balanced your redox potential is. For decades, cholesterol has been blamed for heart disease — driving restrictive diets and widespread medication use. But new research challenges this narrative, revealing that total cholesterol and LDL-C alone aren’t the best predictors of risk. In this article, we explore more accurate markers like ApoB and the TG/HDL ratio, the overlooked role of insulin resistance, and why cholesterol is essential — not harmful — for hormones, brain health, and even cellular communication.
Feeling low energy, brain fog, or just not quite yourself as the seasons shift?
